Application Requirements


  • 23 or older Trustline certified (or willing to be fingerprinted and background checked)
  • 4-door minivan or suv that is not older than 7 years
  • Valid DL, Valid Registration, Valid Insurance
  • Bank Account Number (Required to Deposit Payout)
  • SSN (Required for background check and 1099) in final on-boarding-process)
  • Agree to random drug testing administered by the state
  • Agree to a on-boarding training
  • References are required
  • An iPhone or Android phone
